1960s HEAVILY beaded gown dress medium | new winter
Stunning 1960's gown! Sara Fredericks was the name of several high retail shops in Florida that carried exclusive designers like Trigere, Geoffrey Beene, James Galanos, Bill Blass, Oscar de la Renta, Bob Mackie and Hubert de Givenchy. This gown bears the shop label, but the original designer label was removed or lost. It definitely looks like it could be a Galanos or Mackie! Done in a sheer black net and embroidered with super heavy beads and paillettes in different sizes, shapes and patterns all over. Slim column shape with back metal zipper. Fully lined in a nude jersey. Weighs 6 lbs!
