1930s RAYON PLISSE cape shoulders gown dress small medium | new winter

Charming and oh so rare 1930's dress! Done in a textured rayon plisse and cut on the bias. You rarely see this bold of a color that is not faded, but this is rich and vibrant! Tank style bodice has an attached ( at the waist ) wide panel that lays like a cape over the shoulders. It ends in the back with a pointed v. Bodice panel has the most intricate chunky gathered ruched treatment on the edges. X open back, fitted waist and long slinky skirt. Attached coral velvet flowers on the bodice. Side snaps. Unlined.
